Can someone explain to me why NO-ONE at all in all those years of development within the engineering department, military, procurement or political circles thought that jet engine exhausts were hot and could be seen by IR scanners when spending $400 billion to design and build a totally stealthed fighter jet?

Or was it all just a big money laundering scam?

Since then I’ve done a lot more reading, a lot more research and found out lots of interesting stuff about healthy weight loss, statins, cholesterol and so on which seem to be paying off.

In the 90 days since they gave me the pre-contract medical:

- I’ve lost 7 kgs

- fasting blood glucose dropped from 6.1 to 5.8 so dropped down to just about the limit for no longer being pre-diabetic, work doctor is not concerned with it as it’s dropping and not rising

- cholesterol profile changed and no longer an area of concern, only recommended omega-3 supplements. No need for statins. Tinned sardines in tomato sauce on toast or a French baguette and fresh ones on the BBQ are planned instead of supplements is my preferred route.

- the BP when in the clinic with the white coat syndrome had dropped 20/10 from the last readings

- microalbumin had gone from 20 to 60 but she says check in 3 months as I was dehydrated after a 12 hour fast on a flight so most likely that was the cause

Doctor was amazed how quick things changed but switched off when I tried to answer her question on what changes I had made for it all to happen so fast that did not involve drugs.

She thought that any lifestyle changes would not work but was well impressed so I told her it all depends on how well you research the subject doesn’t it?

Need to work on relaxing I was told to get and keep BP down a bit more especially in medical settings (wish it was that easy) and going by the blood work results I’m not as geriatric as I think.

Winning against the system at the moment, just got to keep it up.

If I can lose another 5-10 kg over the next 6-12 months and keep it off I’ll be very happy and be back at the weight I was at 30.

Now to get Mrs Awkward back on track!

Just a coincidence - but no-one keeping records of how many of those admitted to hospital with ‘flu/covid or even ill at home had the vaccinations in the previous month or so.

From my anecdotal experience I’d say higher than 90%.

They want me on statins as it’s “too high” even though:

1. I had a blood test by my GP 3 weeks ago and it was at 230 mg/dL

2. The healthiest range for cholesterol from research done over at least 15 years is about 200 - 250 mg/dL

3. They won’t tell me so far what the reading they recorded a few days ago during their medical was.

4. They claim statins are “safe” with no real side-effects.

I’ve said “no thanks I’m fine” and sent them links to studies and research (some of which are below) that support the above but they are not interested.

They literally cannot even contemplate that they may have to investigate their standards and that they may possibly be wrong.

My opinion on the medical industry?

They want you sick all the time but alive along time on an expensive drug for your whole life.

Curing you is not an option.

They want you on as many drugs as they can.

Quality of life is not considered.

And they certainly do not like being challenged.

• tomatoes - cut into bite size irregular chunks

  • use any ones you want - red, yellow, green, purple, large, small (cut in half, nto chunks) or even a mixed selection of them all

• cucumber - cut into bite size irregular chunks

• red onions - sliced thinly anyway you want, I like topped and tailed, skinned, cut in half top to bottom then each half sliced from top to bottom but it’s up to you, you could even leave them in bite size pieces

• white onions - sliced thinly

• large spring onions - whites sliced thinly, green bits can cut into short length

  • for the white bit I cut the onion about 1” above where the bulb turns into the thinner bit and cut them lengthwise into thin slices

• garlic - thinly sliced

• green chillies - thinly sliced

• sea salt

• ground black pepper

• red wine vinegar

• lemon juice

• cider vinegar or rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar if you have nothing else

My initial e-mail to her letting her know what I told her predecessor:

Step 5 - WHO declare a “pandemic”

Step 6 - WHO declare all countries must lockdown and give all of their population a new and unproven vaccine against whatever caused the pandemic

Step 7 - enforced lockdowns, testing and so on in the UK similar to what the 25 million people who are under lockdown currently in Shanghai are under “for the common good” - that phrase again. Not seen the current situation on Shanghai in the MSM have you?

Step 8 - WHO says mandatory vaccines and so on required regardless of what the Secretary of State at the moment believes or thinks or his superiors want

Think it’s far fetched? Pure paranoia? Fantasy?

How am I doing so far with my prediction? I think quite well.

Step 1 - isn’t pulling out of the ECHR being discussed at the moment?

Step 2 - can see something like that happening due to the current debates about protecting yourself, family and property going on and that will replace the current ECHR legislation

Step 3 - Bill was passed and being used now

Step 4 - done last week

Step 5 onwards - can see it happening after Operation Pegasus later this year copying late 2019 and Event 201

It does not ban lawful free speech or prevent legitimate political debate, but it does ensure that online platforms take responsibility for removing content that is illegal or poses a genuine risk of harm.

On vaccines, all COVID-19 vaccines approved for use in the UK underwent rigorous independent assessment for safety, quality, and effectiveness. They have saved countless lives, reduced hospitalisations, and remain an important tool in protecting public health.

While I respect your right to your own views, I do not agree with the suggestion that these developments are part of a plan to remove individual freedoms. I will continue to support measures that keep people safe while protecting the democratic rights we all value.

So I’ve sent off a rebuttal:

All I can I suggest to you is to read the treaty in full.

I suggest you research how many legitimate sites etc, including MPs, are being censored since the Online Harms Act became law. Also this is a direct quote received from the UK Government direct to me in 2022:

Where does it say that content is to be censored or removed by the social media companies etc?

And finally I really do not know how to answer this piece of either gross ignorance or stupidity. It is just parroting and copy and pasted without any research into actual facts isn’t it?
