How to contact the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court
I did in Sept 2020 asking how to go about starting an investigation into crimes against humanity for "covid".
This is the ICC:

The International Criminal Court (ICC) investigates and, where warranted, tries individuals charged with the gravest crimes of concern to the international community: genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity and the crime of aggression.
the Court aims to hold those responsible accountable for their crimes and to help prevent these crimes from happening again.
To contact the Office of the Prosecutor at the ICC:
otp.informationdesk@icc-cpi.int
I sent them an e-mail in Sept 2020 asking them how to go about starting an investigation and they said "gather lots of evidence then send it to us".
The reference number they gave me as my official notification they have my e-mail is:
OTP-CR-465/20
The Hague, 5 October 2020
They said "As soon as a decision is reached, we will inform you, in writing, and provide you with reasons for this decision." but so far no further communication either way on a say, no or maybe decision.
Maybe they are waiting for a big pile of documents to land on their desk before they reply - wishful thinking?
UPDATE:
Found in an old e-mail file on while trying to sort out a new laptop and transfer files (it just dumped 15000 e-mails into one archive folder instead of transferring them filed as I had them, bloody thing) I found their reply to me:
The information you have submitted will be maintained in our archives, and the decision not to proceed may be reconsidered if new facts or evidence provide a reasonable basis to believe that a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court has been committed.
Anyone want to submit evidence etc to them feel free to use my reference number a sit is kept for future reference they claim.
