Mooching around the internet came across this chain of documents referencing others all the way back to 2012 but I’m sure there are older ones:
This is what councils seem to be using at the moment:

Which says in it it is based on this thing from 2012:

And how the World Bank envisions post-covid cities:

Or the WEF:

Or the UN:

11.B By 2020, substantially increase the number of cities and human settlements adopting and implementing integrated policies and plans towards inclusion, resource efficiency, mitigation and adaptation to climate change, resilience to disasters, and develop and implement, in line with the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030, holistic disaster risk management at all levels
https://habitat3.org/wp-content/uploads/NUA-English.pdf from 2017 but implementing the Agenda 21/2030 sustainable development policies
Sounds great and altruistic doesn’t it to redesign the cities:
5. By readdressing the way cities and human settlements are planned, designed, financed, developed, governed and managed, the New Urban Agenda will help to end poverty and hunger in all its forms and dimensions; reduce inequalities; promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth; achieve gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls in order to fully harness their vital contribution to sustainable development; improve human health and wellbeing; foster resilience; and protect the environment.
Or this UK Gov report by Arup in 2013 that they all reference back to:

I've just written about this in my new book on Amazon called:#
"The Great UN-Reset" (see what I did there!) Humanity's Battle Against a Dystopian New World Order
The driving force for Climate is really the Club of Rome and Maurice Strong with their book 'The Limits to Growth'. This then fed into the Rio 92 Summit where UN Agenda 21 was born. The elites were annoyed that the sheep didn't take their protestations of doom seriously and expedited their plans with UN Agenda 30. From this we have the flowerful and well-meaning 17 Sustainable Development Goals. If you understand the Club of Rome vector and view the SDGs through a cynical and power grabbing lens, you can quickly see they are weaponizing climate and the risk of zoonotic transfer as justification for moving everyone out of the countryside, banning water access etc and herding the 99% into AI controlled, 5G saturated 15 min digital prisons!
Thanks AG. The whole nine yards of each & every aspect of the new spouting their DisMisInfGanda, are all focused on 1 thing & one thing only. Zero whatsoever to with environment or anything else.
100% all about CONTROL.
