ONS supply nonsensical answer on vaccine safety and deaths after the covid vaccination
Follows on from a FOI received from a different Government department
In this post:
it gives this link to an ONS report:
https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulationandcommunity/healthandsocialcare/causesofdeath/articles/covid19vaccinationandmortalityinyoungpeopleduringthecoronaviruspandemic/latest
So I sent the ONS an e-mail request asking:
In this document that the ONS published:
It states in Section 2:
However, the safety of these vaccines is still of concern.
Please elaborate and expand on this statement by supplying the exact concerns that the ONS has about the covid vaccinations that led to this statement being included in the report.
They replied with this:
Thank you for your email.
It is common practice to analyse both the safety and benefits of a vaccine when it is deployed in the real-world using observational studies. There have been some reports of rare side effects with the COVID-19 vaccines, as mentioned in the report, therefore, given these concerns about side effects and potential implications for vaccine safety, we aimed to investigate safety of the vaccine the report. The results did not show any increase in death after vaccination and are therefore reassuring in terms of vaccine safety.
To which I’ve now asked them this:
Thank you for your reply, it was most informative but factually incorrect and this is shown in the ONS’s own documentation and reports.
You stated "The results did not show any increase in death after vaccination and are therefore reassuring in terms of vaccine safety."
This ONS weekly report has shown a consistent excess all cause mortality of approximately 15% over 5 year average since early May 2021 or even earlier- the commencement of the mass vaccination of all population ages with the “covid vaccination”:
How does an excess death rate as large as this for as long as this support your statement about there being "no rise in death after vaccination”?
This excess all-cause mortality has followed the same trend in the data from the EU, Australia and the USA it name just a few countries.
So what changed at this point in time to cause this rise in mortality rates in different countries at the same time and by the approximately same rate? This excess mortality is also more pronounced in regions/areas/demographics within those countries with the higher “covid vaccination” rates.
Can you please enlighten me with the ONS official opinion on what is causing this observed increase in deaths in the UK?
I look forward to your reply with bated breath.
If you require assistance in finding references to this worldwide increase in mortality just let me know and I will be more than happy to supply links.
Yours sincerely
I am looking forward to any answer they give me, if they do it will certainly be interesting no matter what they say.
Excellent work.
