Some simple questions put to local authorities in mid-2020 asking for the "science" they hold to justify their actions during the lockdowns
and to which I never received a proper answer
IN mid-2020 I started asking local authorities in the area I live these questions after reading this document:
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/926410/Understanding_Cycle_Threshold__Ct__in_SARS-CoV-2_RT-PCR_.pdf
The relevant bit is on page 6 plus in a FOI answer to me that confirmed this was correct:
The actual quote: "SARS-CoV-2 RNA means the RNA is present in that sample at that point in time. It does not mean that the patient has the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).”
Anyway the questions:
Admitted by the DHSC answer Reference FOI-1240596 you are using tests that are “unreliable” to say the least, have no reference standard to double check the accuracy against and that have results that means nothing medically.
PCR tests are also, as admitted by their inventors, not a diagnostic tool nor test and should not be used as such in any circumstances.
My questions are: 1 - based on the above statements how can a positive PCR tests be termed as a "case" medically?
2 - based on the above statements how can positive PCR tests be used as a justification for local lockdowns and other general restrictions?
3 - based on the above statements how can positive PCR tests be used as a justification for enforced self-isolation of individuals tested "positive”?
4 - based on the above statements how can positive PCR tests be used as a justification for enforced self-isolation of those who have been in “close contact” with an individual who tested “positive”?
5 - based on the above statements how can positive PCR tests be used as a justification for closing down or fining a business when customers have been tested “positive”?
6 - please supply the official document(s) and guidance (not the legislation but the supporting documentation) that DHSC has supplied to local Councils that justify local lockdowns, business closures and isolation of segments of the population based on an unreliable test that does not mean the person is infected with anything, that has high false positive rates and no independent verification the results are correct?
7 - please supply the official document(s) and guidance that DHSC has supplied to local Councils that allow the PCR tests to be used as a diagnostic tool/test that is outwith it's intended use by it's inventors.
I asked the same set of questions to (al though I may have missed a few off the list as I’ve done this off the top of my head 2 years later):
Northern Ireland Assembly
The Scottish Parliament
The Welsh Parliament
Staffordshire County Council
Newcastle-under-Lyme borough council
Stoke-on-Trent city council
Cheshire East Council
Cheshire West Council
the NHS
the DHSC
Shropshire County Council
Telford and Wrekin Council
the Mayor of Birmingham
the Mayor of Manchester
the Mayor of Liverpool
West Midlands Combined Authority
Public Health England
The NHS
The Health and Safety Executive - never replied
Various high profile members of SAGE - not one replied
Various high profile Government advisors - not one replied
The BMA
The WTTC - never replied
The person at the Northern Ireland Assembly that was dealing with my request actually telephoned me and apologised as they could not find any science in their possession from any source that justified any lockdowns nor restrictions and all he could do was refer me to central Government in London.
The rest answered:
“We do not hold that information, refer to higher authorities”.
The town and borough councils said “speak to the county council”.
The county councils said “speak to central Government”.
Central Government replied “we have nothing to tell you as we have no evidence”.
Devolved Governments replied “we have nothing to tell you as we have no evidence”.
So they enjoyed the power without responsibility and throwing their weight around but when I challenged them on their actions is subsequent e-mails they went silent.
The doctor who is in charge of health matters at Staffordshire County Council told me to basically shut up and just do a is was told by my betters - gave him both barrels the insufferable nugget. He was a total muppet.
Jeremy Hunt told me the same thing in an e-mail exchange as he is the Chair of the Parliamentary Committee of Health and Social Care and I put him right as well.
Tw*ts one and all.
Awkward gits can be a true blessing at times! 💐
Excellent. Totally unsurprising of course. Nobody reads the small print.
