Every person in the country should read this.
When will the arrests en-masse be made not just of those who carried it out but for those who could have stopped it but were too cowardly?
The report makes for a shocking read. The scale and depravity of the abuse is immense.
But it is not a one off; covid is an example involving large scale death and injury, with the police refusing to investigate complaints brought to it.
All against the background of the state increasingly taking powers to act arbitrarily, suppress dissent, and since the Covert Human Intelligence Sources Act 2021, for its agents to act with complete legal impunity.
