It was written in April 2020 and “Currently, an estimated 2.6 billion people – one-third of the world’s population – is living under some kind of lockdown or quarantine. This is arguably the largest psychological experiment ever conducted.”
So comes under “systemwide” wouldn’t you say?
Slightly off-topic, but I wonder if you have asked the MHRA (or anyone else) what they mean by the phrase 'safe and effective'? Or have you come across any FOI responses where they define 'safe and effective'?
It's a phrase that must have some quantitative operational definition, I assume. I've asked them but they're stalling at the moment.
