Wonder what this means?

Strange what thoughts come into your head sometimes isn't it?

E-mail from the ICO about my on-going contretemps with the MHRA:

"Despite efforts to speed matters up, I am still waiting to see the withheld information. There have been a few technical problems which should shortly be resolved.My apologies again for this lengthy wait. "

Wonder what that means?

All I could think of when they said technical issues is their paper shredder has jammed.

Will wait and see if they fix it or not.
