Thanks very much. Malcolm McKendrick is a decent doctor which seems to be a rarity. Scare stories are good for pharma profits and keep the medical establishment in high paid jobs (unless you are a minion in the establishment where you just have a job).

The wife rolls her eyes when I read books about the reality of things, rather than accepting the "narrative".
